Synopsis
Imagine finding yourself in a barren room with no idea how you got there. A strange person is there with you and keeps checking a pocket watch. They finally speak, talking about death and the psychological wounds you carry from growing up in an orphanage. They force a life or death decision on you. What would you do?

Synopsis
Wei and his brother-in-law, Shen, travelled from China to California during the Gold Rush–Shen to make his fortune and Wei to provide a better life for his wife and child. When the gold started to peter out, the white miners began to resent the Chinese miners. Shen left to find a better claim, and Wei never heard from him again. Wei started a laundry, but then the city began pushing the Chinese out of the neighborhoods.

Synopsis
Stewart and his friend Kyle are hanging out at the local dive bar. Kyle steps out to pick up a pizza. Cassie pretends Stewart is her boyfriend to get rid of a very drunk Eric, who will not leave her alone. Cassie and Stewart have a great conversation . . . until Kyle returns. Stewart has a lot going for him, so why is it Kyle always gets the girl?

Synopsis

Synopsis

Or, is she just not yet ready?
